Jim Courier says Sinner is in trouble as he appears to have cramped while chasing down several corner shots from Shelton.

But Courier also added that he’s seen Sinner play through cramps and still win games.

“Because seeing this guy have cramps and somehow recover and be able to play out through it but you could see he definitely pulls up and then spasms there,” Courier said.

“He is going to be fuelling up after this game for sure on the change of ends.”

Sinner leads 7-6, 6-2, 3-2 (and in leg cramps with one cramp to none from Shelton).
