Crossplay in Monster Hunter Wilds allows you to play multiplayer with friends on another platform — whether it’s PlayStation 5, Windows PC, or Xbox Series X.

While the feature was automatically enabled for us, if you’re having a hard time connecting with your cross-platform buddies — or you want to turn off this feature — we got your back. Below we explain how to enable or disable crossplay in Monster Hunter Wilds.

How to enable or disable crossplay in Monster Hunter Wilds

To enable or disable crossplay in Monster Hunter Wilds, you’ll need to do the following:

Note that this setting is only available from the home menu before you start playing the game. While you can open your options after you’ve selected your character, this toggle will not appear.
