Srinagar, April 4: A meeting of the ruling alliance partners in Jammu and Kashmir, chaired by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, is currently going on at the Deputy Chief Minister’s residence at Gupkar.
The meeting has been attended, among others, by National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah, senior leaders, and other legislators, including those from Congress.
The meeting is being held in the aftermath of the transfer of 48 JKAS officers carried out by Lt Governor Manoj Sinha.
Deliberations are underway over the future course of action of the government.
