What are the Rematch ranks? While jumping into a match of Quick Play is fun, there’s nothing like truly testing your skills in ranked mode. With Rematch ranks on the line, most of your teammates should take this game mode seriously… hopefully.
As with most multiplayer game ranked modes, you gain RP (reputation points) when you win matches in Rematch. When you earn enough, you’ll progress through the ranks and tiers, encountering stronger opponents along the way. However, Rematch doesn’t show what all the ranks in the game are, leaving you to figure it out for yourself. With no Rematch crossplay features just yet, the competition is fierce on all platforms.
Rematch ranked mode explained
Once you’ve reached level five in Rematch, you’ll unlock the ranked mode. It’s locked to 5v5, which means 3v3 and 4v4 can only be played in Quick Play.
After completing five placement matches, you’re put into a division. As you continue to play ranked matches, you’ll gain or lose RP. Gaining RP helps you climb the ranks, while losing them will see you relegated. You’ll usually earn or lose between 15 and 20 RP for each match you play.

Are there Ranked rewards?
Unlike most competitive games, you don’t unlock any specific rewards for reaching a new rank in Rematch. Beyond the XP you get for completing a match, the only thing you have to show for your hard work is your shiny new rank. There’s always a chance Sloclap adds a reward system in a future update, but nothing has been said about that just yet.
