A homeless predator raped a 36-year-old woman inside her Bronx apartment building – prompting the terrified victim to ask the stranger how much money it would take for him to stop the brutal assault, prosecutors and sources said.

Kenneth Siriboe, 21, allegedly approached the woman around 5 a.m. Sunday inside the residential building on East Gun Hill Road near Putnam Place in Norwood, where he allegedly covered her mouth with one hand and squeezed her throat with the other, according to a criminal complaint.

He then threw the woman to the ground and repeatedly punched her, causing bruising, swelling and cuts, the court doc said.

Then Siriboe got on top of the victim and allegedly raped her, as she screamed, “No, no! Please stop! How much can I give you to make you stop?” the complaint said.

Siriboe then allegedly grabbed the victim’s Coach purse and wallet, holding $250 in cash, her ID and her keys before bolting.

Footage released by the NYPD several hours later shows the suspected sicko pulling up his pants as he fled down the stairs of the apartment building, with a towel slung over his neck.

The terrified victim pleaded with Siriboe, even offering him money to stop, according to a criminal complaint. NYPD

It’s unclear how the brute made his way into the victim’s building, but he was there for an extended period of time, sources said.

Siriboe was arrested Monday afternoon inside another Bronx building about two miles from the scene of the attack, police said.

He was charged with rape, robbery, burglary, grand larceny and criminal obstruction of breathing, and ordered held on $30,000 bail during his Monday evening arraignment, prosecutors said.

Siriboe, whose last known address is in Union Beach, NJ, has no prior arrests in the Big Apple, authorities said.

His next court date is scheduled for Friday.

The sex crime came days after repeat offender Zion Exum, 26, was linked to the Sept. 13 rape of a 25-year-old woman after officers stopped him for jumping a turnstile Friday night, police said.

Separately, Xavier Chapman, 30, was arrested in connection to the rape of a 19-year-old woman as she sat on a park bench in Belmont early Sept. 17, cops said.

A total of 399 rapes have been reported in the Bronx so far this year, about a 27% increase from the 314 such attacks counted by the NYPD during the same period in 2024, according to the department’s stats last updated Sunday.

Citywide statistics show a surge in rapes, with 1,504 such offenses reported across the five boroughs so far this year – about a 19% increase from the 1,265 reported during that time frame in 2024.

The NYPD has said the rise can be attributed in part to “legislative changes” that broaden the definition of rape and include “additional forms of sexual assault.”
