Silent Hill f locker code solutions (story difficulty)
Asakura Ayumi’s locker code
Ayumi’s locker is the one you have to unlock to move forward on all three difficulty levels. The story mode clue tells you she’s obsessed with the sea to the point where she made it her locker combination. If you have “the key” journal entry, it tells you two-thirds of the combination already: S is 5, and E is 3. The “A” in this code is 4, so the full code is “534.”
Silent Hill f locker code solution (hard difficulty)
The clue on hard mode is BUS, which requires a little bit of stretching the imagination for the middle part. The solution is “865.”
Silent Hill f locker code solution (Lost in the Fog difficulty)
This time, your clue is EGG. G in girl code is 9, so the solution is “399.”

You only need one code to progress the story on all difficulty levels, though it’s worth opening the other three lockers. One includes an inventory expansion, one has an omamori, and the other includes a bit of helpful lore context.
Suga Yosie’s locker code
The code to Suga Yosie’s locker is supposed to be in Aoi’s locker. However, the code isn’t there on story mode difficulty, and we didn’t find it elsewhere in the school despite searching in each room. On hard mode and Lost in the Fog difficulty, you’ll find an origami of grievances in Aoi’s locker that says the code is like a cry for help, or an SOS. Whether you find the origami of grievances or not, the correct answer is still the same as it is on other difficulty modes: SOS, which in Silent Hill f‘s girl code numerals is 505.

Aoi’s locker code
Aoi’s locker combination is girl code for his name, 401. Inside is an origami of grievances that should have Suga Yosie’s locker code.
Taiko’s locker code
The clue for this one comes from an origami of grievances that just flat-out tells you the code. It’s 377. Taiko’s locker contains the wolf omamori, which increases damage when you use weapons that have high durability. That includes lead pipes, crowbars, and heavy weapons that you’ll find later in the game.
