Places like Control Tower in Dam Battlegrounds and Departure Building in Spaceport have a lot of containers, giving you a decent chance at finding a blueprint. Locked rooms will also generally have a lot of containers to search through, giving you another shot at finding a blueprint.
If you find a blueprint and happen to be running an augment with a safe pocket, make sure you put it straight in there, as you’ll keep it even if you die.
