If you want access to better weapons, ammo, armor, gadgets, and more in Battlefield Redsec, then locked vaults are well worth the diversion. They can be found in certain locations on the Battlefield Redsec map, and so far, it looks like each vault is in a fixed location, meaning they’ll likely be highly contested. Here are the locked vaults we’ve found so far and how to gain access.
Battlefield Redsec vault locations
We’ve found one vault so far, which is located in Redline Storage, a hangar just west of Radar Site. The vault is in one of the smaller buildings in the top right of the area and can be found on the ground floor of the building. We’ll add more loctions once we find them.
How do you open a Battlefield Redsec vault?
Vaults can only be opened using the Engineer’s Repair Tool, so you need an Engineer class in your squad if you plan on gaining access to those goodies. An Engineer can interact with the vault, claiming the rewards for themselves or sharing the loot among friends.
