BGMI 4.0 update release date and time

As per the reports, Krafton has officially confirmed that the BGMI 4.0 update will roll out on September 11, 2025, at 7.20 PM IST. The update is expected to roll out to Android users first, and iOS users could get it later.

BGMI 4.0 update: What will be new

The BGMI 4.0 update could bring a Spooky Soiree theme. With the new theme, it may introduce supernatural elements, seasonal events, and fresh gameplay mechanics designed to keep fans engaged. The game could also introduce a ghost band called The Performing Dead. Furthermore, Wraithmoor Mansion, a sprawling haunted structure filled with mysterious decor and chilling details, will also be seen. The mansion may also get new areas such as a memorial hall, a botanical garden, and even cultivation zones. The new theme could also bring a magic mirror, which can surprise players with hidden treasures.

Krafton may also bring a magic broom, a new vehicle that can carry two players. The broom doesn’t just allow faster travel across the map but also comes with a sweeping attack ability that adds a twist to combat. The players can also get new items, such as a friendly ghost companion, Ghostie, along with a strength potion.
