Prize claim process:
- Winnings below ₹5,000 can be claimed directly from any authorised lottery outlet in Kerala.
- For amounts above ₹5,000, winners must present the original ticket along with valid identification at a designated bank or lottery office.
- All prize claims must be made within 30 days from the draw date and verified against the official Kerala Government Gazette.
Tax deductions and commission:
Winners should note that a 30% tax will be deducted from the prize money as per government regulations. Additionally, a 10% agent commission is applicable on the prize amount.
