Intel has just announced a new set of Arc Pro workstation GPUs via social media, but it’s the commentary following this announcement that is causing a buzz. Among its replies to social media posts, the company has teased that new gaming GPUs could also be on the way, telling everyone to “stay tuned” ahead of a likely announcement at Computex 2025 next week.

We’ve all been waiting to see what Intel might be up to with its GPUs following a period of quiet after its most recent Intel Arc B580 graphics cards received praise. With AMD and Nvidia moving on with a new generation of the best graphics cards, speculation about Intel’s next moves has been rife, from recent suggestions of a dual-GPU Intel card with 48GB VRAM to Intel Battlemage cancellation rumors.

Intel’s comments, however, would suggest that the latter isn’t exactly accurate. Following on from its Intel Arc Pro announcement in a post on X, the company responded to several users asking about a potential Intel Arc “B770 for gaming” and a “B780,” all with the comment “stay tuned,” hinting that these gaming-focused GPUs might form part of an additional announcement at the Computex 2025 trade show in Taipei, Taiwan.

Intel’s original social media post already confirms that it intends to share details about new Intel Arc Pro GPUs at Computex, a lineup that has in the past been focused on workstation PCs, but it hasn’t made any clear announcement on a set of new gaming GPUs so far.

This isn’t the first suggestion that Intel has been working on new GPUs with a gaming focus, however, even if work on the project had been rumored to stop. Earlier this month, material relating to an Intel Battlemage G31 GPU had been spotted in shipping manifests in Vietnam, with rumors that the GPU could be equipped with 24GB of VRAM.

All of this is speculation, but with Computex 2025 starting in just a few days, we hopefully won’t have long to wait to find out. Until then, check out our AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT review, which shows why this AMD card that has stolen our hearts as the best graphics card for the casual gamer, and one that Intel is going to want to beat if it wants to build up its GPU market share.
