OnePlus Nord 5 Design and Display
The OnePlus Nord 5 is likely to feature a flat 6.83-inch OLED display with a crisp 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, perfect for gaming and streaming. Interestingly, the iconic Alert Slider might be replaced with a new “Plus Key” –a customisable button that users can map for quick shortcuts. An in-display fingerprint sensor is also expected.
Under the hood, the Nord 5 might ditch Snapdragon in favour of the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor, offering top-tier performance. It could be paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The smartphone could come with a 6700 mAh battery supported by 100W fast charging, promising full-day use with just a few minutes of plug-in time.
OnePlus Nord 5 Camera Setup
For shutterbugs, the Nord 5 may sport a 50-megapixel main camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS), paired with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor on the rear. Selfie lovers can expect a decent 16-megapixel front camera, likely housed in a punch-hole cutout.
OnePlus Nord 5 Colour Options
According to tipster reports, the phone might be available in three stylish shades — Titanium, Phantom Black and Breeze Blue.
Expected to fall in the Rs 30,000 to Rs 35,000 price range, the OnePlus Nord 5 aims to offer flagship-level features at a more accessible cost. As per @heyitsyogesh on X, OnePlus will launch both the Nord 5 and Nord CE 5 in India on July 8, 2025. That places us less than a month away from the official unveiling.
