Gizfy's easy returns & exchanges policy is hassle-free and simple. You need to return/exchange a product within 7 days. Return/Exchange products should be worth more than Rs.500. Following are the terms :
- Exchange Only in case of manufacturing defect.
- Return only in case of product is not open and sealed as done by both Gizfy.com and manufacturer company. Otherwise no return would be accepted.
- Only for limited pincodes.
- Our delivery agent will pickup the original item and deliver the new item to you upon inspection of original item.
- We ask that you preserve the product in its original condition along with its tags, and packaging. Once the packaging is open, it will not qualify for return/exchange.
- Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
- Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
- Refund only made in case of any return product. For return policy, please read second point.

Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
