Bhopal: After a marginal respite for a day, the night temperature in the city again slipped to 8 degrees. The day temperature in the city also remained below normal. Dry cold winds were experienced during the day as well as the night. A warning of a cold wave continues for close to half of the places in the state, including Bhopal, which means there would be no respite from the cold during the coming days.The day temperature in Bhopal on Saturday was recorded at 26.2 degrees Celsius, 4 degrees less than the normal mark, while the night temperature in the city was 8.0 degrees Celsius, 8 degrees less than the normal mark. The lowest temperature in the state was recorded at 6.5 degrees Celsius in Rajgarh district. In the forecast for Bhopal on Sunday, the meteorological dept stated there would be a clear sky and haze in the morning hours.
