Ahmedabad, October 2025: Thomas Cook (India) Limited has been appointed the exclusive Accommodation and Transport Partner for the 11th edition of the Asian Aquatics Championships 2025, to be held in Ahmedabad. Organized by the Swimming Federation of India (SFI) and supported by the Sports Authority of Gujarat (SAG), this marks India’s first-ever hosting of the prestigious multi-sport event.
The company’s MICE division will manage end-to-end logistics for over 1100 participants, including 650+ athletes and 60+ officials from 29 Asian nations, competing in swimming, diving, artistic swimming, and water polo at the Veer Savarkar Sports Complex.
A dedicated 40-member team from Thomas Cook India will oversee operations across six hotel locations over 15 days, ensuring seamless transport, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements.
