Thomas Cook (India) Limited has been appointed as the exclusive accommodation and transport partner for the Asian Aquatic Championships 2025, to be hosted in India for the first time. Organised by the Swimming Federation of India and supported by the Sports Authority of Gujarat, the event will take place at the Veer Savarkar Sports Complex in Ahmedabad.
The company’s MICE team will oversee end-to-end management across accommodation, transportation, logistics, airport arrivals, and F&B coordination for more than 1,100 participants, including over 650 athletes, 60 support staff, and dignitaries from 29 Asian nations. A dedicated 40-member team has been established to manage operations across six hotels over 15 days.

The company’s airport operations team will manage arrivals and departures at both domestic and international terminals, offering 24/7 on-ground assistance and dedicated transport facilities. Thomas Cook India has also deployed premium coaches and cars, supported by a 24-hour logistics control centre to ensure seamless coordination.
In collaboration with hotel partners, the company has curated diverse culinary offerings catering to varied dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher and gluten-free options.
