Ghaziabad: In view of the Air Force Day celebrations at Hindon Air Force Station on Oct 8, traffic diversions will be in place around the civil terminal from 6am until the programme ends.According to ADCP (traffic) Sachidanand said that movement of all types of heavy commercial vehicles from ALT Chauraha towards Rotary roundabout will be completely prohibited. Movement of all types of heavy commercial vehicles from Hindon River Metro Station towards Rotary roundabout will also be completely prohibited.Heavy commercial vehicles will be prohibited on the route from Rotary roundabout towards Nagdwar, as well as from Karhera Cut GT Road towards Hindon Airforce roundabout during this period.Additionally, movement of all types of heavy commercial vehicles from Mohannagar towards Hindon Airforce roundabout will remain completely prohibited. Movement of all types of heavy commercial vehicles from Karan Gate roundabout towards Hindon Airforce roundabout will remain completely prohibited.All heavy commercial vehicles will be prohibited on the roads near Hindon Airforce, and only light vehicles and private vehicles will be allowed here.“However, these vehicles will face traffic challenges on the roads due to the VIP movement,” a traffic police official said.
