A fantastic knock from Zimbabwe and they have successfully breached the 200-mark. Zimbabwe have one man to thank, the 21-year-old Brian Bennett was at his best today, eyeing his maiden T20I century but fell just 6 runs short. Brian Bennett and Tadiwanashe Marumani went berserk at the top, unjustifying Namibia’s decision to bowl first. Zimbabwe hammered them all over the park right from the word go and locked in the target of around 200 very early on in the innings. Tadiwanashe Marumani was the aggressor initially but once he fell after his fifty, Brian Bennett picked up the baton and changed gears. Ryan Burl, too, played a fine cameo of 22 off 9 deliveries, locking in for the big target. The skipper, Sikandar Raza, joined in at the fag end of the innings to put the icing on the cake.
