The Bihar Education Department has issued an important update on the teacher recruitment process. The Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE 4) will be conducted from December 16 to 19, 2025, and the results will be announced between January 20 and 24, 2026. The application forms for the STET will be available in September, much earlier than expected. This decision comes in response to long-standing demands from candidates, who had been urging the government to conduct the STET before TRE 4 to avoid any overlap or confusion in the recruitment process.
