A Bengaluru-based AI startup has gone viral on social media for its unconventional hiring approach.
Sudarshan Kamath, founder of Smallest AI, announced on X that the company is “looking to hire a cracked full-stack engineer” and the package that will be offered is Rs 40 lakh per annum (LPA).
The salary structure includes a base pay of Rs 15-25 LPA, along with ESOPs (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) worth Rs 10-15 LPA. Candidates with 0-2 years of experience can apply for the role, regardless of their college background. Instead of a traditional resume, applicants are required to send a 100-word self-introduction and links to their best work to an email address that is provided in the tweet.
The position is based in their office at Indiranagar, requiring five days a week of in-person work. The candidate will be required to join immediately.
