HDFC Securities said, “With growing alcohol consumption, foray into new geographies and move towards premiumization, management expects the premium line of products to grow at 18%-20%.” The brokerage recommends a buy with a target price of Rs 1,182 till next Diwali, noting that margin improvement is likely as raw material prices ease.
