The latest episode of ‘Bigg Boss 19’ proved to be one of the most intense yet, with multiple fights breaking out in the house. From household responsibilities to captaincy, the house remained neck-deep in emotional turmoil.
In addition to this, Kunickaa Sadanand changed her stance regarding captaincy. However, she was soon voted out by the housemates. Meanwhile, Ashnoor Kaur managed to secure immunity. Let’s break down everything that happened on Monday.
Tanya’s refusal sparks conflict
The day’s drama kicked off when Tanya Mittal refused to clean the smoking area. This led to a major confrontation in the house. Zeishan Quadri blasted her, while Baseer Ali issued an ultimatum that Tanya would face consequences in terms of food rations if she failed to fulfil her duties.
Tanya stated that since there are only five smokers in the house, they could clean the smoking area themselves. Zeeshan and Baseer insisted that Tanya should either clean the garden area and the smoking room, or take up the task of cleaning the washrooms. When Neelam stepped in to do the task herself, she was called names like ‘chamchi’.
Neelam Giri’s emotional breakdown
Emotions ran high when Zeishan accused Neelam of “acting.” The accusation left Neelam in tears, with Tanya, Kunickaa, and Nehal offering support. The situation escalated further when Farrhana hurled abuses against her. What followed was no less than a shouting match.
Tanya Vs Nehal breakfast spat
Tensions continued with a breakfast disagreement between Nehal and Tanya. Tanya’s persistent questioning about poha led to a heated argument. This resulted in Nehal’s declaration that she would no longer cook for the house. She also alleged that Tanya had bad breath. This is when Pranit More called out Nehal and warned her against going personal.
Baseer vs Farrhana
An argument between Baseer and Farrhana quickly descended into chaos as Baseer dragged Farrhana’s mattress outside and threw it into the swimming pool. Farrhana retaliated by throwing Baseer’s medicines. Amaal attempted to calm them down with music, but the rift left the house reverberating with abuses and mounting tensions.
Kunickaa stripped of captaincy
The season’s first captaincy saw its downfall as Kunickaa was stripped of her leadership. ‘Bigg Boss’ introduced a vote asking if she deserved immunity. 12 housemates voted against her, in line with this season’s theme, Gharwalo ki Sarkaar. Consequently, Bigg Boss declared that the house would operate collectively without a captain.
Ashnoor secures immunity
In another house vote, Ashnoor secured immunity from eviction. This decision left Baseer disappointed as he was not even considered for immunity. Housemates argued that Ashnoor and Abhishek deserved immunity since they were the other two captaincy contenders. Baseer highlighted that even though he represented Kunickaa in the task, his efforts went unrecognised.
