Her damage largely stems from quickly amassing stacks of Monarch Stance. Given how easy this is in the Burst state, it’s incredibly easy to smash through enemies with raw power, effectively dancing through targets with a hyper-powered claymore.
Li Chi – Best single-target DPS in Black Beacon
Another incredibly potent character on the field, Li Chi shouldn’t be ignored simply because he’s easier to get. Focusing on single-target damage, he can out-damage Florence even with fewer Potential nodes unlocked.

With Talent 2 unlocked, virtually every action Logos takes on the field heals your team for 5% of Logos’ attack stat, topping them off in no time or replenishing HP-sacrificing units like Li Chi when they need a little lie-down.
These Notes are triggered by hitting an area attack after building up stacks with her Passive, making her great for clearing waves before switching out to high single-target party members refreshed by her Notes.
The notes follow your controlled party member around, too, so you’re free to finish a wave off with her attack, then switch to your main damage dealer as soon as she summons the notes, giving them heals they can depend on while they focus on damage over dodging.
How do I reroll in Black Beacon?
One way to ensure you get one of the best Black Beacon characters at launch, or potentially even two, is to reroll. That’s the process of making new accounts to perform free pulls until you get the result you want.
Black Beacon doesn’t make the reroll process particularly short, but it is relatively easy.
To reroll in Black Beacon, start by making a guest account when you sign in for the first time. That makes deleting the account a little easier.
Head into the game and skip any cutscenes you can. There are a lot, and you’ll need to fight and explore along the way, but 15-20 minutes should be all the time you need.
Get through the tutorial section (hitting around level 5) and you’ll perform a free 10-pull. This always includes the 4-star character Asti, who is a decent support, but can include any number of 4 or 5-star characters, just like any other banner.
Complete the pull and move onto the main screen. Grab freebies like the daily rewards, level rewards, mail, achievements, redeem codes, and anything else available to get enough Time-Seeking Keys to perform a 10-pull.
Who should I reroll for in Black Beacon?
Because Li Chi can be selected as a guaranteed reward for 30 pulls in the Mortal Wandering banner, which you’ll have enough regular keys to manage with just the launch rewards, it’s best to aim for Florence in the limited-time Holy Oath Blossoms banner instead.
Use excess currency from the Li Chi banner pulls to afford more Time-Seeking Keys in the shop.
How do I delete my Black Beacon account to reroll?
If you don’t have Florence after exhausting your pulls, it’s time to reroll.
Tap the menu button in the bottom-left corner, then head to Settings, Account, and then Delete. Click Confirm to be booted back to the main start-up screen. Begin the process again and repeat it until you get Florence.
If deleting your account this way doesn’t work, deleting and redownloading the game will. That’s what the Guest account was for.
Once you’re happy with your roster, tie your account to an email address to finalize it.
