October 1, 2025 Activision has addressed delays to viewers receiving beta codes, and has confirmed that everyone who met the watch time requirement will receive beta early access.

Black Ops 7 Twitch drops
The first-ever BO7 Twitch drops campaign went live on September 30, 2025, during CoD Next. If you tuned in for at least an hour during the broadcast, you should have or will get an early access beta code.
Some players, us included, did not receive code during the broadcast, so we’ll be able to update you when this is rectified. In a tweet shortly after the show, Activision confirmed that “anyone who watched #CODNext for at least one hour will receive a code for early access to the Black Ops 7 Beta starting October 2.”

How to claim BO7 Twitch drops
To claim your BO7 Twitch drops rewards:
- Watch the official Call of Duty Twitch channel for the required time.
- Ensure your Twitch and Activision accounts are linked by logging in and heading to the ‘linked accounts’ section of your profile.
- Go to your Twitch drops inventory and claim your rewards.
- Normal rewards will then be automatically available in-game.
- We’re not yet sure how beta codes will be delivered, but we’ll let you know as soon as details emerge.
