Fortnite‘s Simpsons mini season will arrive on Saturday, November 1. Also known as “The Simpsons” mini-season, the coming four weeks are all about Homer, Marge, silly jokes, and donuts. This means that Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4 is coming to an end, so say your goodbyes to the Power Rangers and —probably no love lost there —the mutated insectoids.
Here’s when Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 5 releases in your time zone, and what to expect from the new season.
What time does Fortnite Simpsons mini season release in your time zone?
The Fortnite Simpsons mini season will release on Saturday, November 1. As mentioned in the official teaser’s description, the start time is 11 a.m. EDT. It has been rumored that the previous Season will end with a short live event (to take place at 11 a.m. EDT) before entering downtime for Season 5.
As previous seasons have taken anywhere from two to eight hours to come online, and accounting for the pre-launch event, we estimate that the Fortnite Simpsons mini season will release around the following times:
- 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. PDT for the west coast of North America
- 2 p.m. – 6 p.m. EDT for the east coast of North America
- 3 p.m. – 7 a.m. BRT for Brazil
- 6 p.m. – 10 p.m. BST for the U.K.
- 7 p.m. – 11 p.m. CEST for western Europe
- 3 a.m. – 7 a.m. JST for Japan (Nov 2)
- 5 a.m. – 9 a.m. AEST for the east coast of Australia (Nov 2)
What to expect from the Fortnite Simpsons mini season
Fortnite hasn’t released many details yet, but the new season will likely include thematic battle pass skins featuring various characters from The Simpsons. It is yet unclear if the entire map will receive a Simpsons makeover, but you should at least expect to see some iconic locations, such as Moe’s Tavern or Bart’s treehouse.
Besides the Simpsons-themed shenanigans, Fortnite will introduce the new “sidekick” feature in the Simpsons mini season. Sidekicks are pet companions who follow you around during any type of match. The first Sidekick, to be released on November 1, is Peels, a dog who looks like he’s eaten too many bananas.
