IRFC dividend 2025 date: Railway PSU to announce 2nd cash reward for FY25 next week
IRFC Dividend 2025 Date
The state-owned railway company on Monday announced that its board of directors is set to meet next week to consider and approve a second interim dividend for FY25. The meeting of IRFC’s board of directors is scheduled to be held on Monday, March 17, 2025, for the same.
Prior to this, Navratna railway company IRFC had declared an interim dividend of Rs 0.80 per share.
IRFC Dividend 2025 Record Date
To determine who will be eligible to receive the second interim dividend, IRFC said that the record date for the purpose shall be Friday, March 21, 2025.
“Trading Window, shall remain closed from Tuesday, 11th March, 2025, shall continue to remain closed till the 48 hours after the date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of declaration of Second Interim Dividend,” it stated in an exchange filing.

Shares of the railway PSU closed 3 per cent down at Rs 119.80 apiece on BSE on Monday. IRFC stock has fallen nearly 9 per cent in the last one month while declined over 23 per cent in the last three months, according to BSE analytics.
