Can You Still Do Transactions?
Even if the bank branch is closed, you can still use online banking, mobile apps, and ATMs to do many transactions. But if you need to visit the bank for things like depositing a cheque or withdrawing a large amount of cash, you will have to plan your visit on a working day. If any payments or deadlines fall on a holiday, the bank will usually process them on the next working day.
If any bank is found violating RBI guidelines, strict action will be taken against it.
