Earlier today, we had reported about the makers of OG failing to deliver the overseas print well in advance because of technical delays, due to which the Tamil version release in North American has been cancelled. Now, the Pawan Kalyan-starrer film’s distributors in other overseas territories have spoken up about the ensuing distress due to the content delivery delays.
4 Seasons Creations, a Norway-based distribution company associated with OG’s release, took to their X page to express their displeasure about OG producers’ laidback attitude towards delivering content on time. They stated, “For far too long, we as overseas distributors have been bearing the impact of careless content delivery delays.” Pointing that it is the distributors who carry the biggest risk in such cases, the distribution company added, “Already, we pay huge amounts upfront and absorb financial risks On top of that, every time a film’s content comes in late, it is we who take the hits in all aspects, facing backlash from both theater chains and fans. Do producers realize what kind of damage this causes?”
