Decent buy for normal office usage or student laptop.Model: X16 PRO 16GB 512 SSDPROS1. Battery is good, use laptop stand for better heat dissipation2. Screen is clear and HD3. speed is good and responsive in Windows4. Keyboard backlight brightness is good, but on key stroke only enabled, not always.5. Sound is moderateCONS:1. For heavy programming RAM spikes up a lot due to usage and Windows itself consuming 6GB+ RAM2. Better go with only 16 or 16+ RAM laptops3. No Licensed MS office software4. Graphics card is poor, spiking even for Youtube Videos.5. Camera is Worst6. External Display screen transmission quality is poor, poor projectionOverall Opinion:1. It’s best for basic usage with MS office and basic coding softwares.2. For full time programming, go for other best options3. BEST for students – under 50K, on sale it is 47.7 K

1/5 Stars – Disappointing Experience with Honor Laptop
I’m extremely disappointed with my Honor laptop, which started troubling me within just three months of purchase. The issues I faced were:- Keyboard malfunction- Color bleeding on the screenI purchased an Honor laptop just three months ago, expecting a reliable and efficient device. Unfortunately, the laptop started malfunctioning soon after, and I’ve had a frustrating experience with the company’s service.To make matters worse, there is no service center in Hyderabad, a major metropolitan city. When I reached out to the company, they asked me to courier the laptop to their address, which I did on August 6th. However, Today is 3rd Sep 24 and I’ve yet to receive a proper update on the status of the repair .Considering the multiple issues I faced within the warranty period, I believe a replacement laptop would have been the fair solution.Unfortunately, my experience with Honor’s customer support and product quality has been subpar. I would not recommend purchasing an Honor laptop until they improve their after-sales support and product reliability.I hope this review helps others make an informed decision. Honor, please take customer feedback seriously and work on improving your products and support!

Excellent product but on one condition!
The laptop has a H series CPU. H-series is better than P and far better than U. So, for routine activities, this laptop is more than sufficient. Screen quality, brightness, visibility angle and color reproduction are all great. Wifi and BT works as expected. Audio quality is acceptable. Trackpad is good too. No heating issues. It has nice metal body. This laptop is a good choice for work, education and for general home usage for everyone.Default setting for keyboard backlight timeout (15s) is annoying. One has to change it in Honor PC Manager. It is possible to play games with the provided Intel graphics, but that’s not this laptop is meant for. Included charger’s external casing is poorly designed. If there is a switch next to power socket, it will be pushed to ON when you plug in. Charger gets hot sometimes, not worrisome though. When installing your own Windows copy you will need drivers. One needs to go their China website and search based on serial number to get Honor PC manager. It will download all drivers. I wish this gets simpler.Product support is a big let down. I had a DOA product. Getting a replacement taught me various lessons about this company. If you worry about hardware support, think twice.
