Real Betis head coach Manuel Pellegrini intends to completely rotate his line-up for the club’s upcoming meeting with RCD Mallorca.

That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who have on Friday provided an insight into the situation.

Betis are fresh off booking their spot in the next round of the Copa del Rey on Thursday night, courtesy of a 7-1 drubbing of minnows Palma del Río.

A number of fringe Verdiblancos players were afforded the chance to impress in the clash, and went on to make their mark.

As alluded to above, though, such efforts will not prove enough for any to maintain their starting status this weekend.

As per a report from MD, the plan of Manuel Pellegrini and his staff is to turn back to Betis’ more high-profile stars for their upcoming La Liga clash with Mallorca.

The likes of Natan, Pablo Fornals, Antony and Cucho Hernández are all expected to return to the XI at the Estadio Benito Villamarín on Sunday evening.
