The Leh Apex Body (LAB), an amalgam of social, political and religious groups spearheading an agitation over Statehood and Sixth Schedule status for Ladakh, on November 17, submitted a 29-page draft proposal to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and sough release of detained Ladakh locals, including climate activist Sonam Wangchuk.
