Kings guard Zach LaVine started the season with six straight games going over this line before being held to 24 in Denver his last time out. He missed the Kings’ last game, but is off the injury report ahead of Friday night’s matchup against the Thunder.
LaVine is averaging 27.4 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game this season.
This will be the second meeting between these two teams, and LaVine had a decent showing in the first one. He put up 23 points, four rebounds, and three assists to clear this line.
The Thunder only beat the Kings by six points as -9 favorites at home on October 28, and Sacramento has been a sneaky team against the spread this season.
Oklahoma City will play its third game in four nights, with travel between each. They won 126-107 over the Clippers in Los Angeles, went up to Portland the next night, and are now back down in Sacramento.
The Thunder should get back to their winning ways tonight, but this spread is just a little bit too high.
