A female journalist from Chikkadpally working with a television channel was found dead at her residence on Friday. The deceased, identified as Swetcha Votarkar, was reportedly found hanging at her residence.
The exact reason behind the suicide remains unclear, and police said that they are investigating all possible angles. An officer at the Chikkadpally police station said that they are awaiting an autopsy report from Gandhi Hospital and have registered a case of suspicious death.
