Waaree Energies Ltd. on Tuesday said its wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas, has received a fresh order for the supply of 452 megawatts (MW) of solar modules from a renowned United States-based developer and operator of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects

According to the company’s exchange filing, the order is a one-time contract and will be executed over the financial years 2025–26 and 2026–27.

This follows a string of large international wins for Waaree, including a 540 MW order finalised in June and recent deals of 586 MW and 599 MW with other American developers.

The series of global orders comes as Waaree looks to double its manufacturing capacity at its Brookshire, Texas facility to 3.2 gigawatts (GW) by the end of 2025. The push reflects the company’s growing footprint in the US renewable energy market at a time when international demand for solar capacity continues to accelerate.

On the bourses, shares of Waaree Energies traded at

₹3,177 on the NSE at 2:38 pm, up 0.8%. Earlier in the session, the stock rose over 2% to an intraday high of ₹3,214.50.

Waaree recently reported a strong June quarter performance. Consolidated net profit rose 20.3% sequentially to ₹745 crore, while EBITDA surged 73.4% to ₹997 crore, driving margins higher to 22.5% compared to 14.3% in the previous quarter.
