Until the North Line update in Arc Raiders released on Thursday, Nov. 13 — so yesterday, at the time of writing — and introduced the Matriarch, the Queen was the game’s toughest foe. A huge, six-legged, metal spider-like boss, the Queen guards the Harvester, and is only available during specific in-game events.
To take one down, you’re supposed to bring at least two friends with you, and even then, it’s tough without assistance from other raiders in your game. Or at least that’s how it’s meant to be, because one player has discovered you can actually kill the Queen with, uh, a single Blaze Grenade Trap.

The latest patch does appear to have fixed this exploit, with the line “fixed a bug which caused some enemies to take more fire damage than intended,” but hey, it was fun while it lasted. Congratulations if you managed to get in on the action before it was patched, and credit to Embark Studios for being quick to act.
