Vodafone Idea Q2 Results Highlights: Vodafone Idea announced the financial results for the second quarter of the fiscal 2025-26 (FY26) after stock market hours on Monday.
Vodafone Idea reported a consolidated net loss of ₹5,524.2 crore in Q2 FY26, marking a notable improvement from a loss of ₹7,175.9 crore in the same quarter last year. Sequentially, the company also reduced its losses from ₹6,611.1 crore in Q1 FY26, reflecting gradual operational recovery.
Revenue from operations rose 2.4% year-on-year to ₹11,194.7 crore, up from ₹10,932.2 crore in Q2 FY25. On a sequential basis, revenue increased 1.5% over the preceding quarter, supported by higher average revenue per user (ARPU) and growth in mobile broadband subscribers.

The customer ARPU — a key metric for telecom companies — rose to ₹180 in Q2FY26 compared to ₹166 in Q2FY25, a YoY increase of 8.7% supported primarily by customer upgrades and tariff increase. “Our total subscriber base stood at 196.7 million. We closed the quarter with 127.8 million 4G/5G subscribers, up from 125.9 million in the same period last year,” said the company.
